Alex was fantastic! I needed a new water heater and the old one removed. He was quick, professional, and friendly. He even explained the water heater features and gave me additional information about other water filtration systems in my new house. Third time using OneStop for various tasks - top-notch work as always.  As I said 5-6 years ago when I first had work done, they’re above average in expense, but you know you’re getting top-tier quality.  Alex was fantastic working with me on a solution I wanted, and after a few discussions back and forth, got exactly what I was looking for.  Thanks a ton!  I’m sure I’ll be calling them back again someday. (PEX pipes in the picture is work that I previously did. Had emergency sitation where the AC was not blowing with force and cooling the home. Ice was forming on suction lines. (see pic) Dan from One Stop texted me with instructions, I turned off the AC and let fan blow - melting the ice before he came.   Dan showed up in 2 hrs and ran quick evaluation and basically identified that the main issue was that  filter was dirty and just needed to be replaced. He showed me on his pressure monitor explaning that the coolant was full and did not need topping up and that there was no leak. Just dirty filter. Jeromy was ultra knowledgeable  and gave excellent recommendations that we needed!  Scheduling was easy and dependable; outstanding communications made it perfect. The guys were careful moving large heavy furnaces through our narrow hallway. At the completion, the furnace room was spic and span cleaned up, a nice treat. Yet again, an awesome job! We needed a serious condenser cleaning, due to major buildup and dust from electrical work being done nearby (thanks HOA), and I think the before and after speaks for itself. I had central air conditioning installed today.  Three hours in and out. We are excited about our new Trane air conditioner.  The two workers Calib and Dan were professional and did a great job! Today was my second experience with this company and was as good as the first one was.. The plumbers are polite, courteous and very professional. Rob did a humidifier install and explained everything he was doing and after he finished made sure I understood and asked if I had any questions. Booking the appointment with Camiille is a breeze. We called OneStop to replace a kitchen faucet.  Josh and Mitch (really nice guys and a great team) came out after we scheduled it and brought the exact faucet I was asking for.  They replaced it in about 15-20 minutes! Unfortunately, right after they left, there was a leakage around the base of the faucet that started to show.  I called them 15 minutes after because I realized it wasn't anything I could fix. They IMMEDIATELY came back without a single hint of impatience and realized that the brand new faucet was faulty. They went out, bought another one that was even more expensive (at no extra charge to me) and replaced it and made extra sure it didn't leak. You can't ask for anything better than that.  Something went wrong, wasn't their fault, and they immediately and politely fixed it.  I'll be calling them whenever I need any plumbing, heating, or air conditioning help!!! They gave me a very competitive quote in comparison to other companies, best around actually. I think the quality of the electric work was fantastic and everyone we have dealt with has been very friendly and responsive. This was our first time getting this level of electrical service (100 amp to 200 amp) so we were unsure what to expect. Given that, my only feedback is to make sure to walk people through the detail of what work goes in and the outcome in advance. I would highly recommend One Stop Pro Plumbing, heating, cooling and electric. I had to replace my 24 year old furnace although I was given options to repair, I decided to replace it instead.  I was impressed how quickly they responded, explained in detail what had to be done, the staff was professional and by the end of the day I  had a new furnace and a toasty warm home! This company was fantastic. During the coldest night of the year (-26 degrees), a pipe burst above my garage in the middle of the night. I tried calling over ten different 24-hour emergency plumbing companies to come fix the pipes. Only 3 companies even answered their phone overnight. The dispatcher tried hard to get a contractor out to my home at 1am. However, all of the plumbers were out on other jobs. She offered to have a plumber come out at 8am the next morning. I asked if the plumber would definitely be there at 8am, and she assured me that he would be there. Next day, they showed up promptly at 8am and immediately began work to find and repair the burst section of pipe. They quickly found the issue and repaired it. The work was done quickly and effectively. I have not had any problems since the work was completed. This company really delivered when I had an emergency and needed the help quickly.
